As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and revenue. This is a builder's role: you'll set strategy, but you'll also get your hands dirty in the platforms managing campaigns, analysing data, and shipping work. You'll work closely with [sales / leadership / the founder] and own the numbers that matter.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute the marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, and social
Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max) and manage budgets toward CPA and ROAS targets
Own organic growth: SEO strategy, content planning, and on-page/technical improvements
Build and manage email marketing and lead-nurture sequences
What We're Looking For
[3–5]+ years of marketing experience, ideally in [your industry: travel/tourism, real estate, etc.]
Hands-on expertise running and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content marketing
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation
Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and data-driven decision-making
